The initial work is about accessing our own sexual energies and communicating with our bodies as never before. We work with:

• Accessing sexual energy (life force) which resides in the testicles and ovaries.
• Using the breath to transport sexual energy around the body
• Utilising this new energy to create and experience multiple, expanded, full body orgasms
• Healing our bodies with this energy - sending it into our organs, blood, glands, hormones etc
• Attaining a greater understanding of ourselves and moving towards a higher consciousness.

Private practice work - a one hour session is made up of the following (preferably minimum 12 sessions):

• Counselling (if required)
• Techniques - breath work, flow work, alchemy work, vibrational sound work meditation
• Wisdom - looking at achieving a better relationship with Self and others - becoming more conscious and living more in the Now - being present to ourselves and the mind/body connection.

Group programmes (male & female) 8 weeks - 2 hours per session. We cover:

All the above techniques and wisdom work. There is no self - revelation in the group work, though participants do often combine this work with private consultations where their specific issue is adressed. The energy of the group programmes is beautiful and profound; participants get to do a lot of practice where they are corrected and guided.
